Simply Photobooks is sure that you will be happy with the manufacture and workmanship of any product supplied to you. On the off chance your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt, supplying us with any relevant details of your order. If we are at fault we will then correct the errors and send the book back to you or replace it. Please understand that Simply Photobooks does not provide refunds or cancel orders, except for any cases settled outside of this agreement.
Please note that each book you order from us is individually made and as you will understand are one off’s unless more than one copy is ordered. Every book is bound and printed on site to a very high standard but Simply Photobooks cannot guarantee that each and every copy is identical, minor differences may occur in printing and binding in terms of print colour fidelity and binding type
Whilst we work very hard to keep our products as consistent as possible, this variation is a normal occurrence and is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for a reprint.
Your book is designed by you and Simply Photobooks does not proof, edit, or change your content in any way. This means it’s your responsibility to review your book before you publish, and fix:
Typos, grammar, unfinished text, or other text errors
Low-resolution images that may appear blurry in print
Design issues, including book format, organization, style, color, and page layout
Any other creative choices you made in the photobook builder you want to revisit
Whilst Simply Photobooks Photobooks software works to minimise these errors via pre-order flight checks and warning symbols we cannot accept any responsibility for poor print quality which is down to the files you supply.
